Looking back at ARCE 2026
Two conference days. A lasting conversation.
The sixth Africa Real Estate Conference & Expo convened policymakers, industry leaders, investors, developers, real estate professionals and innovators to exchange ideas, build relationships and explore opportunities across Africa.
Under the pillars of Policy, PropTech and Sustainability, the programme highlighted the importance of trusted property markets, stronger data infrastructure, innovation and collaboration in shaping the continent's real estate future.
The conference concluded after two days, on 15 October 2026. Although the planned third day was not held, delegates continued connecting beyond the formal programme.
